Held and run by Hauora Wellness Studio x Knoxfit In this class Scarlett will introduce you to the basics of a Vinyasa Yoga practice. Learning how to find moving meditation. We will explore traditional asana, finding our physical alignment. The class will finish off with space to dive deeper into stationary asana focused on finding mobility and flexibility.
