Scarlett has been generously offered the Sweat yoga studio space to use for community classes here and there, located in Newmarket this studio is a welcoming space, with changing rooms showers, mats, blocks and straps available to use free of charge during these community classes.

Vinyasa Community classes cultivate balance and establish steadiness whilst you flow through a thoughtfully curated sequence linking breath and movement.
Practicing Vinyasa teaches you the foundations of yoga, you will learn the core Āsanas used throughout many yoga practices and gain confidence in your personal yoga journey.
The breath is an integral part of a Vinyasa practice allowing for the mind to go into a moving meditation. Pranayama breathing techniques are often also introduced into Vinyasa classes. Certain Pranayama are directly linked with the nervous systems which positively affect blood pressure, stress and promotes relaxation.
